Best Buy, Circuit City Fail to Fix Basic Computer Problem, Micro Center Prevails

Not really surprising, Best Buy’s Geek Squad isn’t very proficient at solving basic computer problems. Circuit City’s Firedog didn’t have any luck fixing the computer problem either. Micro Center, which is one of the few places I still shop for electronics came through and fixed the BIOS issue. Please people, stop putting your blind trust in Best Buy.
